For a happy, healthy future for Minnesota’s children
Learn to care for children through Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach designed to treat post- traumatic stress and related emotional and behavioral difficulties in children and adolescents. Thanks to a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, this training program is free for qualified participants. Mental health professionals will gain a comprehensive understanding of TF-CBT and its application in therapy through a series of trainings and consultation calls.

TF-CBT in MN
Since 2024 we’ve trained over 200 clinicians across the state.
Thank you for this training. The trainers shared so much information, used personal examples, and really put their heart into helping us learn and feel more comfortable and confident with diving into using TF-CBT. I am leaving this training feeling ready to use TF-CBT and excited about facing the challenges and successes that are to come! -Vanessa S., Training participant
